Is SAM only for collecting fees?
No. Fees are one part. SAM also keeps your people and their details, your classes or rooms, your teachers, attendance, one-off collections, receipts and reports, and it sends the reminders for you.
My business isn't in the list. Can I still use it?
If you have people who come regularly and pay a fixed amount, SAM probably fits already. We're planning restaurants, salons, clinics and shops next. Message us and tell us what you need.
Do my members need to install an app?
No. SAM opens in the phone's browser from a link. They can add it to the home screen in one tap, and it then works like an app, with notifications. On iPhone, notifications need iOS 16.4 or later and SAM added to the Home Screen.
What if there is no internet?
Keep working. Everything is saved on your phone and syncs by itself when the internet is back. You need internet once, the first time you sign in on a phone.
Does SAM touch the money?
No. People pay to your own UPI ID, or in cash. SAM only keeps the record, sends the reminders and makes the receipts. There is no commission.
I keep everything in Excel. Can I bring it?
Yes. Import your sheet or your old app's export, check the list, and you are set up. Your own extra details, like blood group or school, come along too.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each teacher signs in with their own mobile number and sees only their own classes and students. They can take attendance; money stays with you.
Is my data safe?
Each person signs in with a PIN and sees only their own records. Everything that has synced is backed up in the cloud, so a lost phone doesn't lose your register.
